After serving for 24 years, I struggled with PTSD and depression, and baking became my therapy, helping me find purpose and clarity. What started as a personal outlet turned into a community-focused bakery, where I not only share my passion for bold, indulgent flavors but also advocate for mental health awareness and mentorship.
